How to Reset your Account Password

Overview

You can reset or unlock your account using Mozarc IT's self-service password reset process.

Mozarc uses Microsoft's Self-Service Password Reset functionality, provided by our Microsoft 365 solution.

Navigate here to the Self-Service Password Reset portal
In the Email or Username field, enter your Mozarc login (e.g., firstname.lastname@mozarcmedical.com)
Enter the characters you see or hear into the validation field
Click Next
Select one of the following:
- I forgot my password - to reset your password
- I know my password, but I still can't sign in - if you want to unlock your account
Regardless of which option you select, you must pass a validation mechanism presented to you. Multiple are available; pick which is the best for you:
- Text my mobile phone
- Call my mobile phone
- Approve a notification on my authenticator app
- Enter a code from my authenticator app
You should now be able to access your Mozarc account.
